Research theme

The Integrated Multifunctional Materials Laboratory (IMML) at Kookmin University is focused on the understanding and development of processes for the integration of multifunctional materials at both micro- and nano-scale to enable the fabrication of novel devices.

Research areas

We are interested in various multifunctional thin-film materials include:
Two-dimensional semiconductors (such as molybdenum disulfide (MoS2))
Organic semiconductors
Transparent oxide semiconductors
Aligned-crystalline silicon

Applications

Potential applications of our research include:
Flexible/stretchable/wearable displays
Touch screen panels
Digital cameras
Solar cells
Biosensors
